The purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation among spirituality, mindfulness awareness, self-compassion, death acceptance, and psychological well-being using a mediation model. The measurement scales used in this research analysis are as follows: the Korean Spirituality Scale(KSS), the Korean version of Self-Compassion Scale(K-SCS) and the Psychological Well-Being Scale(PWBS). IBM SPSS V.22 and M-Plus 6.12(Muthn & Muthn, 1998-2011) were used for the analysis of this survey data. The verification of the mediating effect was examined by Bootstrapping. As a result of adding mediating variable, loving-kindness and compassion, spirituality had a direct influence on psychological well-being(B=.332, p<.001). Spirituality had a influence on self-compassion(B=.319, p<.001), and later self-compassion had a confluence on psychological well-being sequentially(B=.381, p<.001). However, the path model and indirect effect significance verification on the relationship spirituality and Loving-kindness and Compassion and psychological well-being was verified and suggested as well. This study contributed to verify a significant mediation effect of spirituality and Loving-kindness and Compassion and psychological well-being.
